The office gets a bad rap, and for good reason, but there are parts of it that work and have been integrated into most good co-working spaces.

Prior to USTATION, in my neck of the woods, there was no integrated support system for people that choose to work from anywhere. There was a lack of professional space available for remote workers of all kinds. Coworking spaces existed but felt more geared toward teams or start-ups. Even the coffee shops that encouraged remote workers were almost too communal, with long tables that felt like you were back at summer camp.

Inspiring and Beautiful Space

We are all about making people more productive; It’s the fundamental reason why we exist. 

It’s easy to get #GetToWork in a clean and inspiring space. Our vision of a functional and beautiful space was brought to life by a local interior designer Judith Mackin of Tuck (you can see her portfolio here). Judith was able to seamlessly integrate modern design with the historical features of the building and create a space conducive to productive work. 

The aesthetic is comfortable, bright, and engaging. It’s a great place to work.

Variety of Working Environments

Coffee shops are great for some people and work decently for non-private one-on-one meetings but they lack the professional atmosphere of traditional office spaces. My dining room table, within eyeshot of last night's supper dishes still sitting in the sink, isn’t exactly a proper meeting space with clients and colleagues (in person or online).
